EzBiz Online is the primary digital gateway provided by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). It allows business owners to handle essential tasks without visiting a physical counter. The portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at myezbiz.com.my.

Eligibility & How to Start

Before using the EzBiz portal, ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • Citizenship: You must be a Malaysian Citizen or a Permanent Resident (PR).

  • Age: Owners must be at least 18 years old.

  • Verification: All business owners and partners must register and complete a one-time verification to activate their EzBiz Online account.

  2. Updating Particulars: Easily modify your principal business address, mailing details, or owner information.

Downloading Your SSM Certificate

Once your application or SSM Renew is approved, you can download your official Certificate and Business Information (Form A/B/D/E) within 90 days.
