EzBiz Online is the primary digital gateway provided by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). It allows business owners to handle essential tasks without visiting a physical counter. The portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at myezbiz.com.my.

Eligibility & How to Start
Before using the EzBiz portal, ensure you meet the following requirements:
Citizenship: You must be a Malaysian Citizen or a Permanent Resident (PR).
Age: Owners must be at least 18 years old.
Verification: All business owners and partners must register and complete a one-time verification to activate their EzBiz Online account.

Downloading Your SSM Certificate
Once your application or SSM Renew is approved, you can download your official Certificate and Business Information (Form A/B/D/E) within 90 days.
