To request a refund, email us at info@myezbiz.com.my with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to your provided payment account within 1–2 working days.
Business Renewal — No Refund After Processing
Renewal fees are non-refundable once your order has been processed. A refund is only possible if you request to cancel your renewal before processing begins and we have confirmed our agreement to cancel.
Before placing a renewal order, please confirm your business status, expiry date, and any outstanding obligations with SSM. If you are unsure, contact us first and we will assist you.
