1. Our Services

myezbiz.com.my provides assistance services related to business registration, renewal, and compliance with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia – SSM). Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Sole proprietorship and partnership business registration (ROB) under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956
  • Private limited company incorporation (ROC/Sdn. Bhd.) under the Companies Act 2016
  • Annual renewal of business registration
  • Business profile amendments and updates
  • Advisory and document preparation assistance

We act as a third-party facilitation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of SSM. All official registrations are subject to SSM’s approval and processing timelines.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age;
  • You are a Malaysian citizen, permanent resident, or legally authorised to conduct business in Malaysia;
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.

3. Order Placement and Processing

Once you submit an order and complete payment on our platform:

  • Our team will begin processing your application within the stipulated timeframe stated on the relevant service page.
  • Processing timelines are estimates only and may vary due to SSM system availability, public holidays, or incomplete information provided by you.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Errors caused by incorrect submissions may result in rejection or additional charges.
  • We will communicate updates regarding your application via the email address or contact number provided during checkout.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to myezbiz.com.my are strictly non-refundable. No refund will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind after payment;
  • Failure of SSM to approve the registration or renewal due to ineligibility, outstanding issues, or incomplete information provided by the customer;
  • Duplicate orders placed by the customer;
  • Delays caused by SSM’s processing timelines or system downtime;
  • The customer no longer requiring the service after payment;
  • Errors in information submitted by the customer that result in rejection.

4.1 Business Renewal – No Refund After Processing

For business renewal services specifically:

  • Once your renewal application has been submitted to SSM on your behalf, the service is considered rendered and no refund will be provided.
  • If SSM rejects the renewal due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., outstanding penalties on your business registration, expired owner identification documents, or SSM system issues), no refund will be issued.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their business is eligible for renewal prior to placing an order.
  • Upon successful processing of your renewal, we will send your renewal documents to your registered email address within 24 hours of submission.

We strongly advise customers to verify their business registration status, expiry date, and any outstanding obligations with SSM before placing a renewal order.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of our service fees.
  • Government fees payable to SSM may be included in the total price as stated on the service page.
  • Payment must be completed in full before we begin processing your application.
  • We reserve the right to revise our service fees at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and paid.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information required for the application;
  • Upload clear, legible copies of all required supporting documents;
  • Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or clarification from our team;
  • Ensure your business is eligible for the service requested (e.g., the business registration has not been struck off, the proprietor is not blacklisted, etc.).

We shall not be held liable for delays, rejections, or any adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • myezbiz.com.my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
  • We do not guarantee the approval of any application by SSM. Approval is at the sole discretion of SSM and subject to applicable laws and regulations.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties except where required to process your application (e.g., submission to SSM) or as required by law.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
